Fed up I've asked Boden to change courier

Fed up, every parcel Evri deliver is just chucked over the gate & left in the open, yesterday's was soaking by the time I found it as I had no delivery notification. Please make the effort to come down the actual drive & leave by the front door

Were great now the worst

Been with FD for 24 years, they were brilliant but that's all changed. Their logging on procedures are ridiculous & time consuming, getting through on the phone takes ages. So behind the curve compared to other banks now.
And another half hour on the phone today & not sorted out. If I provided service like this I wouldn't have a business

Hi, thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service, the changes to logging on to Online Banking have been made to make the service more secure. If you log on to the mobile app using the Digital Secure Key you have the option to use Touch id/ Face id/ Fingerprint. We are also working hard to reduce call wait times, we are currently in the process of a major recruitment program. –Graham
