Early morning Train to London 6.27…

Early morning Train to London 6.27 significant delay

Returned to Kings Cross after appointments for open return next Hull Trains service was over 2 hours to wait,which was OK ish but
Then was seriously delayed on way back to Brough averyy long day indeed.

Tried website delay repay which did not work .
Tried phone line and was answered by a machine!

They have no intention of Compensating anyone
or getting you to your meeting.

Thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you were affected in both directions by delays to your journey. Your southbound delay was due to a signalling fault and a level crossing barrier failure at Eastrington for which you have lodged a Delay Repay claim and been paid. I cannot see a claim within our Delay Repay system for your return journey and you have not mentioned the time of this in your review, so am unable to confirm why you were affected. Our Delay Repay claim system will allow you to make separate claims for each affected journey so that you can be paid quickly and in the payment option of your choosing. As my colleague in our Customer Relations team has mentioned we'll gladly help you do this if you are having issues. Your ascertain that we have 'no intention of compensating anyone' or ' not getting you to your meeting' is wrong, we will always try to do the best by our customers and provide support where we possibly can, which is why we are currently the company's leading UK rail operator for customer satisfaction as rated independently through the Rail Customer Experience Survey.

Very convenient space but small and up…

Very convenient space but small and up a dark alley.
Setting up the account was slow and too many questions but hopefully that is just once.
Booking the space and using it was easy.

Trousers are a more comfortable fit than
Previous order. More generous around knee and calf, much better thanks.
I'll get some other colours.

MBNA lost my £1000

Paid £1000 into my account which disappeared.
Any number of endless calls and waits but no resolution and no money.
They seem determined to delay you so much that give up.

Appalling location and access.
Hostile rip off drop off and parking
Grim outdated buildings and facilities, I have been treated better in the 3rd world.
Hope their ATC and Servicing is better than their front of house appearance.

Appalling experience of hospital…

Appalling experience of hospital parking app that simply fails to work resulting in £130 charge for a £5 ticket.
9 other tickets and appeals also failed even though we tried to pay.
The owner of the car was at deaths door in A&E but APCOA cannot resist extortion.

Non Existent customer support

British Gas produce thousands of threatening letters emails and text.
You cannot reply by email ( no reply allowed)
You cannot reply by phone, they are too busy to talk to a humble customer.
You cannot write to them as there is no address on their bill and if you find there HQ it is simply ignored.

New Occupier nightmare

I sent them all details on email for outgoing tenant and new Tenant, the simply replied UNMONITORED EMAIL AC and that they would not read it!
No helpline ,so went on infernal webchat to India and eventually got all information to them and they then said although they had it they would not apply it without the TR1 from our Deeds .
is this a scam?

Shocking Inefficiency

I used to use PayPal and it was market pioneer.
The it got awkward and complex.
I had to use it for a project and find it non functional, obtuse and illogical.
The helpline is an answerphone.
The online help just offers you a thousand problems you have never heard of.
Reaaly Bad.

Shocking service,
no reply to written Complaint.
Don't answer phone .
Bump up charges , over charge add penalties ,impossible to communicate.
Simply appalling.

Appalling service

Appalling service, would like to give 0 star.
My sons Broke down on A1 at 8pm with 4 people in car did not get to bed till 4am.
Shocking communication, if you had been honest 3 or us would have taken an UBER or caught the train instead of which we got the endless lie of we are nearly there.
Driver
and the passengers will never trust the RAC again.
The last time I needed you 5 miles from home you took 5 hours.
Your advertised recovery times are garbage.
Dont promise something you have no intention of delivering, try a little honesty.
