Constantly get on screen message HARD drive faulty and you have to format the hard drive and loose all your recordings. Message from Manhatan tells me to unplug for five minutes plug back in and format hard drive but this fix lasts about a week.

If you look at the reviews it is very obvious this bank has no customer service idea at all. Finally after three years I have managed to close an empty account and only then with a Spanish rep attending with my power of attorney in a branch. This bank are stuck in the 1950s and have no idea how to treat customers or their accounts and they treat customers with disdain and show no respect.

Internet went off again
Internet went off again, second time in less than 12 months. Young lady talked me through a reset and got it back and she was very good. What is concerning is that it feels fragile and not reliant as I would like it.

Tried for over three years to get my address changed but the bank insisted I call in person although I told them my health has stopped me from travelling.
Also I arranged power of attorney to close my account in May 2024 by as of now no response to confirm this has been done although I have sent them seven emails.
Telephone lines from UK are permanently engaged even though I tried 26 times over several hours. I think they have taken their bat and ball home after Brexit.

I have had no service for nine days
I have had no service for nine days. It involved me ringing them 26 times from my mobile and getting just two calls back and that was because I insisted on being updated as to what was happening.
At the end of all of this I was offered £13 compensation and no offer of a goodwill gesture.

Internet is ok but the phone transmission was unusable and it took over three weeks to sort out. I was promised a phone call or an email how to resolve but nothing. Called the number three times and got cut off before anyone answered and finally got through the next day and although they were very polite I found it hard to hear what was being said due too the Indian.dialect

This company have gone from worst to…
This company have gone from worst to worst. After 18 months trying to get them to sort my billing out and finally winning they have compounded my problems by blocking my switch to another supplier. I have now found out why, they have a THIRD bill for my premises in the name of my wife. She has never spoken to OVO but in their infinite wisdom they opened this third account and this morning she received a bill for over £2810.10 so they could not agree to us switching suppliers.I rang them but they would not deal with me and wanted to speak to my wife who has never had any dealings with them. I suggested any lady could ring claiming to be my wife and they could not answer me, this a farce of the highest order caused by OVOs accounts system and delaying us from moving to another supplier.
