I booked an EPC on the Tuesday the 17th March - paid my money, then received an email saying that the assessor would contact me within 24 hrs. Well, 48 hrs came and went. On the Friday, I rang only to be told that they would have to allocate another person. My property was now being viewed with no epc or even one in the pipeline.
Another assessor was allocated! who contacted me on the Monday, saying he could do it for a week.

I’ve obviously have had to go elsewhere and that company will be here within 48 hrs of booking.

I purchased some conservatory blinds last year.

I needed to clean them recently, so I clipped them and cracked on. However, I got them twisted and could I get them right again - na!

I rang the customer line and was very surprised that no one could help me, even with a bit of advice. I mean, some other numpty must have done what I did?

The lady on the phone sounded uninterested, and got the same response from the fitting department.

I really thought they they would have been a tad more helpful or even sound interested. “You’ll have to work it out” was not what I needed.

Ok, bear with me and allow me to explain my one star - which I would not have given, but I cannot find any minus ones!!!

Please avoid this company. Do not get into any sweet talk with reps, but ultimately avoid doing any form of business with them.

You will be told that they do not sub contract, which is untrue. The subcontractors that are used do everything on the cheap, and will leave you with problems.

Our installation of panels and an air source started very badly, when the plumber turned up - from the south of England! only to find that the equipment had not been ordered. He then had to go on a shopping spree!

Anyway, long story short. Eventually got it put in, and then things didn’t work. Transpired that the panel chaps had not done it right, so a sparky had to come out and fix it, but was sent to the wrong place and we had to wait another week!!

The numbers you need to get up and running with you electric company were then not sent and after 4 months of asking this bunch of cowboys, I applied myself and got them. Obviously I was out of pocket as the panels wouldn’t work without the numbers.

Please please, find an alternative company. Do your research and if there is any negative comments on any company, go elsewhere.

I contacted Lerisha at Octopus about a matter. She dealt with it quickly, efficiently and responded with exactly what I required. I am a no nonsense chap and that is what I got, absolutely no nonsense- so well done Lerisha and staff.

From the moment we started to book, until arriving back home, we can say honestly that the whole process is and was faultless.
Booking in for the flight - simple and hassle free. Transfer to the resort the same.
The hotel Gran Oasis was superb and thoroughly deserves its 4* status. Our room was clean, with everything we needed. Aircon, fans, tv in each room, our own private sun terrace, large balcony with views to die for.
The staff were on the ball. Food was on themed nights, which were fantastic. Quality, plenty of choices and simple to serve and staff on had to help if needed.
The pool area, which there are three, are perfect with comfortable sun beds. Drinks etc are reasonably priced as are snacks etc, if not on all inclusive.
Return home procedures were brilliant. Check in and the cases were transported to the airport and we next saw them after we landed.
Overall, the best experience in package holiday travel we have had and are now looking to return soonest, to the same hotel, and with Jet2. Can’t fault anything.

Very simple to access, chat and discuss with Duncan. Professional with no bs! Involved.

Ok but need to win

Works well, but the instructions are poor. There is nothing in there to cover blockages or dropping the internal cover to clear these. The wing nuts are a poor design. It would be better with a bolt. Neither does it explain about these in the assembly.

Ok. Firstly, I have to say the machine works fine with it being four stroke will hopefully be robust.
My gripe, although minor, will hopefully allow Hyundai to change a few things to better future users.

1. The instructions are poor. Assembly is straightforward - the wheels, legs, handle etc, but there is nothing in there which explains the exit tube and how to clear a blockage. When a blockage does occur, the user will not be able to start the engine. When this happens, you have to take off the casing, and remove wing nuts before dropping down the blade cover. The user at present has to work this out for themselves.

2. The oil filler is difficult to reach / fill. We took the load tower off to do this.
