Item at a too good to be true price. Surprise surprise the day after ordering I received an email saying the item was not on stock and a refund would be issued

The AI assistance is useless, treating customers like idiots and asking irrelevant questions. Further 25 mins wait to speak to someone. Total of 53 mins on the phone, conclusion of which is that the bank didn't know how to pay me £20 from one of my own accounts

If you never need to use telephone banking the app has been good but if you need telephone banking do not use this bank

Arrived Athens Airport 1hr45 before flight. Check in queue was a joke. Passport queue was even worse. We pushed in there passport queue, staff telling us it would be fine, we will make the flight. Ran to flight after security. Gate had closed, no sky express staff to speak to. Returning to ticket office at departures they would not book us onto the next days flight unless paying the full amount. We were explicitly told by a sky express employee at check in that we would be ok for the flight and we were lied to. If you must fly from Athens, use easy jet who use a different departure area with less queues and don't have incompetent staff who like to you, but better not to fly from Athens at all.

Do not switch to TSB. The account was open for 2 weeks, they waited until the night before the switch to send an email requesting ID. The switch failed the next morning, they made the account inactive yet closed the old account leaving me without any usable current account.

Over 10 minutes to speak to the switching team, another 20 to be transferred to the complaints team, who then did nothing useful.

I will be closing my account and going elsewhere

Love this company, great delivery speeds, excellent range of products not always available in the UK. Reliable.

The beer is not good quality in my opinion
