Do not use this company. I ordered a cricket bag and the transaction went through. I chased my order 1 month later using the email they provided in my invoice. The email did not work and bounced back. I tried to phone and their number does does not exist. I used the online contact form and have had no response. I used the chatbot and have had no response. I should have read the other reviews before using them as multiple people have had the same experience.

The lady I spoke to was really kind, helpful and knowledgeable. All my queries were answered and it was nice to speak to someone who understood what I was asking. I would recommend Octopus Energy.

They cancelled on me on the day of the booking, 18th November, so had to arrange moving house last minute with another company. Was told my refund, £160, would be with me in 5-10 working days. No sign of my refund. Despite chasing. Was told again in December that they would ‘sort it’ and still nothing. Left me short of money for Christmas and couldn’t visit my Dad in the nursing home as much as I wanted to over the Christmas period. Tried to chase again on the website and my query was just ignored. Have had to try and claim back through my credit card company. Which is taking ages now as well. It’s now 2 months since they cancelled on me and still no sign of my refund. Angry would be an understatement!!!!!

Two Man Removals were excellent. Brendan and John made the stress of moving nice and easy. They were friendly, careful, quick and on time. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

I was let down last minute today by another van company. Den and his guys helped me last minute and were done in an hour. Thank you so much. Awesome service and the guys who moved my stuff for me. Thank you so much

There were issues with the line due to something BT had done. My Dad has Alzheimer’s so I was dealing with his account for him. Luke Kingstone was fantastic the whole way through. Caring, helpful, understanding and efficient. I very much appreciate all of his help and he is a credit to Onestream. Thank you
