Literally the worst, most unreliable, most unhelpful year of 'broadband' I've ever known. From unreliable speeds and unreliable connection, to trying to charge me for things I didn't order, now threatening me a £25 fee due to canceling my direct debit after I've already cancelled my one stream account and signed up with another supplier. Outrageously bad and untrustworthy.

Beware the scam. Renewed for 40 but the expected bill says 72 £

Biggest broadband con there is avoid at all costs. Customer service is atrocious. Company uses bullying tactics to try to rinse as much money out of you as possible.
Noticed an influx of great reviews on here that seem to have appeared over the last week which is an obvious paid attempt to boost their ratings for a well below par company. If I could give negative starts i would unfortunately I have to give them 1 star as that’s as low as it goes but not as low as they go, they could glide under a snake’s belly with ease!!

Using the switch tool Inside my last 30days prompted OneStream to threaten me with £174 early termination fee's despite my contract ending on the 1st of April

My BB was ordered on the 1st of April 2025, it went live on the 15th I initiated the switch on the 16th of March 2026. I have no equipment of theirs, my next bill I see in the portal is for a full month 1st of April to 31st of April.

Looking forward to the "bill" after that assuming they give a breakdown of why the exit fee is disproportionality high in my honest opinion.

Avoid this company if this is how they operate.

Chentiba, was the the staff that was handling my renewal for the wifi. This person was very patient and respectful throughout our conversation. They've answered all the questions I had patiently. Great customer service. Much appreciated.

Very happy with their Internet, quite stable, I can't remember having any issues so far.
The only thing that bugged me recently was that I was charged extra for a service which I had made sure previously that it wasn't active for my account, when they underwent some services revamp. But they were professional about it when I raised this & took care of the situation. So thank you!
