Paid for items not received

I pleased an order with cult beauty on 23rd june for an order over £100 on tracking information saying unable to deliver item please contact sender. I have sent several emails .had 1 reply asking for address to resend. Then nothing . Still waiting on items? Surely they cant just ignore and not send items? Extremely bad customer service!

I am incredibly sorry to hear that you are yet to receive your parcel and the delivery partner is having issues making the delivery.

I bought a watch from j b watches

I bought a watch from j b watches . When it arrived it was faulty contacted via email was told to send back for it to be fixed. Sent via tracked royal mail. Watch was received 3rd feb now 23rd feb . Sent numerous emails and contact number not working!! No reply at all!! My hard earned money wasted . How even is a company allowed to treat people this way . Extremely upset!!
