It is great when it works. Poor customer service

It is great when it works.However I was treated rudely by a customer service operative who was incredibly unhelpful. I had phoned as I had conflicting information regarding my medication delivery from their app status and my doctor surgery. Will not be using the service again.

Thank you for your review, I am very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you have received.

Looking at your account, I can see you had contacted us to confirm if we had received a prescription from your GP as they had confirmed this had been authorised, however, at the time you called us we had yet to receive the return prescription.

I can see later the same day we received the electronic prescription into our system, and this was dispensed and dispatched to you the same day.

I am very sorry to hear that the adviser you spoke with was rude and unhelpful, I have asked the relevant manager to listen to the call and provide feedback and further training.

We are very sorry to hear that you may no longer use our service, as your account is still active in our system, I have tried to contact you on the telephone to discuss this further, however, you were unavailable.
