Jonathan was great at customer service the previous twice I called I was cut off and your 0345 number is ringing as unattainable.

Tried very hard to open a business account with them. There systems failed and it became impossible to do ID request. Passed from department to department until eventually got email stating someone would be in touch within 10 days. Didn't happen. Reading other reviews I am happy I didn't succeed. No confidence that if I had managed to get my money, how long would it take to get it out?

Everything was Brilliant from start to finish. Very Professional and lovely service.

I phoned for help resetting my passcode and Anton was very helpful and patient and resolved my issues with the app and web. Anton was very kind and helped me immensely and is a great asset to the bank. Keep up the good work!

Over the course of several days I was unable to confirm choices for reinvestment on both my tablet and phone apps. I spoke to a very helpful lady who spoke to the tech support team who sorted the problem immediately and she was also able to action my choices immediately. Excellent service, thank you

Easy & efficient on line banking timely transfers and excellent customer service

Very easy to open a Cynergy bank account. They offer good interest rates and their online banking is easy to navigate.

I was given all the information I needed on the phone to carry out my transaction.

Beth from the support group was very helpful and patient while we sorted out my issue. Very polite and a pleasure to speak with.

Was on the web-site and saw I could get a better rate. 15 minutes later I had opened a new account.
Shortly after that I was able to transfer funds and that was it.. all done.
NOTE: I was an existing customer so most of the process was automated for me.

Had an issue with how to navigate the online application process to get to where I wanted to be.Anton spent the time to answer all my questions,making a very quick referral to colleagues re funding from an existing maturing Cynergy ISA,and how to achieve this aim whilst applying.Notes were recorded on my customer file to support this aim.

Excellent, clear and easy to use site. Any new account is usually open in minutes ready to receive funds not hours or days like other banks Also and very important generally a competitive interest rate

Trying to apply online for a new easy access savings account. Complete form but then get a page that says: " Authorization Required

You must first log in or register before accessing this page.
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password to reset it.”

But there’s no button to click.

So I decide to call the company because it says lines are open 24/7.

But I get a recorded message saying not open (tbf, it would be for fraud issues I think)

I always like to check customer service before opening an account - and the reviews here are mostly positive.

But my experience has been frustrating to say the least.
