Made to measure curtains are not made to measure- only to the "nearest half width" (buried in the t and c- not specified how wide this is), so you may as well buy ready made ones. So I've got curtains that are over size by 80cm for a 250cm pole width, as well as some other faults. Very disappointed as the fabric is beautiful. Not clear what you are actually buying. If I wanted wonky curtains I can do that myself for a lot less money. I would not recommend this service.

Very good quality bag. Lots of pockets and good value in the lucky dip sale.

It was unusual to have to pay both delivery and return charges. Taking a long time for a refund to arrive too. This would put me off ordering from Vila directly again. The quality and fit of the clothes was ok but the colour wasn't accurate as per photos, hence returning.

Great service, always have prescription in stock unlike my local pharmacies. Price is reasonable.

Disappointed, no idea if my order will arrive in time for when I wanted it (not Christmas). Only automated reply to my request to switch to express delivery as it has taken so long.
Edit: my order did turn up eventually, with no prior warning. Luckily, I was in to take delivery
