Great experience

They were extremely professional from beginning to end. Very knowledgable sales people helped me when I phoned for advice and not pushy in any way. I received my Oled TV very quickly after purchase and I’m totally delighted. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I needed help and info and called your…

I needed help and info and called your company last Friday. My call was handled by a gentleman named Sam Sexton. He was incredibly helpful and honest and made the whole experience enjoyable. I cannot remember the last time I had that feeling after a call.

TOTALLY DISINGENUOUS

I received a letter from FC saying my company is highly credit worthy and we could borrow up to £500,000 at a rate from 1.9%. I thought that looks good and its better than the 3% over base that I am currently paying the bank for my overdraft so I applied. After sending FC 3 months bank statements and a set of our most recent accounts I received a call from FC with an offer. Whilst admitting we were extremely credit worthy with an exemplary record for over 20 years the rate they were offering was 5.3% + an arrangement fee of 4.9% of the total I wanted to borrow. That makes a total interest rate of over 10%!! Quite different from the 1.9% in big bold characters on their original letter. I just spent 20 mins reading all the bad reviews about this company and after checking the share price performance over the last year I wasn't surprised by my bad experience with this company. Needless to say I will not be using their service as a lender or borrower as they have shown themselves at best to be extremely economical with the truth

It’s important that every business is offered a rate that suits both them and the investors who are lending their money to them. While businesses do access finance through our platform from rates as low as 1.9%, this will depend on the outcome of our assessment process.
