Having a horrible experience, ordered something from amazon, and TEKZONE sound +vision, sent a way lesser value item , now I've got a headache of printing my own return labels, the AI on amazon just sends you round and round , "they sent it," "no they sent it ", worst shopping experience of my life , hopefully be over soon , and get a full refund for the actual item was trying to buy

I bought a Marshall Bluetooth speaker and it was delivered the next day. The speaker works well; no issues with bluetooth connection. Excellent service!

The item's packaging itself was badly torn; I'm surprised that the controller seems (so far) without major flaws. Furthermore, I had no notice of any 'attempted delivery' and had to manually check the tracking link sent by Parcelforce to find there was no note left. I don't put the blame on Tekzone for this part of it but I want to flag it in case there is something to be done to prevent that in future, and let it be known that my item's box was badly torn.
