It's a place to vent about a bad experience with online ordering, but I don't see any track record of Trustpilot making a difference in the behavior of the scam companies. True, consumer intelligence or lack thereof is the biggest factor in the proliferation of online scams. I am a dummy for having fallen for the same company under 2 other names so I have made my contribution to their continuance.

What went wrong this time, you ask? I ordered 2 pair of socks, said "no thanks" to every subsequent "offer", and still was billed for, and I assume will receive, the 2 pair I ordered AND the 4 pair I didn't order. No way to amend the order or contact the company at the time of the order. I froze my credit card but it was already too late and the charges posted. I had no confirmation email for DAYS, just a text claiming that they could not contact me by email. Yah, I bet they tried. I have had similar experiences with this company under their different identifications but those associations were unclear with SoothRelieve. PAY ATTENTION and don't let them rip you off by simply not ordering from this group. Scam all the way around because they sent cheapo products, they send and charge for more than you order, the order cannot be amended or cancelled, the company cannot be contacted.

Would give zero stars if I could. I paid $96.88 for two items in a size that should have fit, but didn't. One of the items Klynu, aka Keppal, sent was not what I ordered. I requested return and exchange instructions but received instead an email instructing me to keep both items and offering a $30 refund. I pointed out that if I returned the items they could sell them again. I requested a full refund. Keppal then offered a $50 refund. I am still out a little less than half what I paid, but if they come through with the $50, we will be done with each other. The fabrics are okay and the garments are pretty well made. The styles look nice on line but the online catalog is difficult to use because they don't show all colors of a particular style on one listing; the colors of each style are separate listings. The fit is iffy, i.e., there is no ease in the garments. There is no invoice in the shipping envelope. There is apparently no return policy.

The Rentalcars.com website is easy to navigate. They offer many different types of vehicles from different providers and the prices are usually really good. I’ve been satisfied with the service for several years now.

The COVID-19 outbreak forced cancellation of my dream tour to Italy. I had travel insurance but not Cancel For Any Reason, so I will lose nearly the whole cost of the trip. I went looking for insurance that would fully cover a different trip in 2021. AardvarkCompare came up with a policy that actually has better overall coverage than the policy offered through my travel agency AND has CFAR, all for the same price. I was amazed. I carefully read the whole insurance document, asked a lot of questions of the Aardvark agents, and am completely satisfied that it's the real deal. So glad I found Aardvark!
