Dreadful

Dreadful. They cancelled on me as I was on the way to the airport. My wife then called them and rebooked, as it was so late it was our only choice and shock, the price increased. On arrival back to the airport, the transfer just drove past us and didn’t collect us. We waved them and everyone on the mini bus saw us but the driver carried on. Terrible, terrible english on the phone as well, so very difficult to understand what was going on.

If your prepared to wait 100 years for the cashback to become available it's well worth it.

Fantastic product

I've been a customer of Mous for over 5 years now. I have to say what a fantastic product and even better company. I had to use the warranty side recently as my case had ripped after 3 years of use. I was presently surprised that they issued a brand new one straight away. I'd never go anywhere else for an iPhone case.

I haven't even received my parcel yet…

I haven't even received my parcel yet from nearly a week ago when it was due! I've been asked for rate my experience.... hence why the 1 star.

Delivery didn’t turn up as requested

Delivery didn’t turn up as requested! They even had the front to ask about how my experience was even when I’m STILL waiting for delivery 2 days (and counting) late!
