Struggling to get this months delivery
We have always had good service from this company until this month, our delivery did not arrive, the delivery company Yodel sent email of delivery slot, a two hour slot, not only were we in for this slot, but we had been in all day as we are retired. In the afternoon Yodel sent an email to say they could not deliver parcel. this happened again two days later, now 6 days after original deliver ATTEMPT, we still do not have delivery. Emailed Tails.com with our contact number, the website kept directing us to Yodel website, we could not get an answer from any one, it is impossible to speak to a person. Yodel are liars we waited in two whole days for our delivery which has still not arrived, in fact we live in a narrow street in a residential park, and no delivery vehicle came down our narrow one way street, I build models and were sat in the window of our home all day, and no delivery vans of any description came down our street. Tails.com need to give you the option of speaking to a person, or at least answer emails. I have spent about 4 hours on line trying to sort this delivery which I assume has the wrong address on the parcel. Come on Tails.com answer my emails and call me, my dog loves your food, and actually I have found it simple to update deliveries and purchase, but when things go wrong it is a nightmare.
