Overall good experience and decent product

I've ordered 3 different sets of blinds ( 2 light filtering and 1 light blocking), and have had an all round good experience. The ordering process was simple enough, the website has all the information needed to take appropriate measurements. The order arrived with all the small parts needed and the fit was as expected, I didn't purchase any measurement insurance, and didn't need to. The parts/materials are of decent quality, and for the longer blind it feels sturdy enough. As the parts are made to order/measure, it was expected to take several days to deliver, not a problem for me. Overall, happy with my purchases.

Overall happy

Overall happy. Blinds ordered and arrived in good order, all the bits needed where included. The size/colour were correct to the order. The online tool was simple enough, worth reading all the info they provide to get the right order.

Warranty Sorted UK

I had a AV1300 powerline adaptor that was faulty, within the warranty period. I contacted TP Link UK and started the replacement process. Within 3 working days of shipping the faulty unit, the replacement has arrived. The fastest and painless RMA process I have experienced.

Fast and straightforward

I have made several orders to date, every time so far have been fast and accurate. The Cartridge people branded products have worked well and as advertised. With a decent range of products, I plan to return for my "office" needs.

Overall Positive

After buying several products, I had 1 compatability issue. I submitted an RMA request along with a request to substitue for an alternate product.
The return request did sit with Vesternet for a couple of days before I reached out for an update, they responded immediately, both manual email and automated emails. The pre-paid return postage was very welcome.
Upon delivery back to Vesternet (through postal tracking), another couple of days of waiting until I prompted again for an update and the responded immediately, both to my RMA being returned and the alternative product being shipped to me, all without filling in any further forms. They also included a refund on the difference in price to the products, I had not requested it, so this was also very welcomed.
I would say my experience was overall positive, it would be nice not needing the 2 prompts for progress, but the immdiate and no quarrels response makes up for it.

Happy for new hiking boots

I went into GO looking for a new pair of hiking boots. Brandon was on duty and provided the perfect level of advice and service. Happy to allow me to go through several choices with patience before selection. GO pricing is reasonable and within expectation.

Not worth it.

What was delivered did not match the description. My attempts for a return/refund have not been answered. Charged £5 for delivery that took longer than a week. The only automatic option for returning also charges £7, no option to use local mail. A waste of money and not worth the perceived value. I would give a 1 star, but "something" was delivered.

We regret your comments, however our return policy that you accepted at the time of purchase is quite clear. In the case of a voluntary return, the shipping costs are at your expense.

The return costs will be at our expense as long as the product is indeed damaged / defective or the item is incorrect.

If you want to return a product, you must follow the following steps:

Step 1: log into your account

Log into your account by entering your email and password. Enter the My Orders section, select the order, click Request a return and choose the products you want to return. Select the reason for the return correctly and print the label.

Step 2: prepare the package

Once the label is printed, prepare the package. Make sure to pack the products well to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation. Send us the product in the original box (without sticking adhesive tape, tape or adhesive labels on the original box) and with all the labels, warranty sheets, manuals, CDs, etc. (If any). Finally, stick the return label on the outer package.

Step 3: send the package

Send the package to the address indicated on the return label.

Step 4: Get your refund

As soon as the package arrives and is reviewed, we will send you an email and, if the product is in perfect condition, we will confirm the refund of the amount paid. Remember that refund times may be up to 15 business days.

Remember that if you want to exchange the product for a different one, you will have to place a new order and pay the shipping costs again.

In the event of a warranty return, we will collect the product at our expense and send it to the brand. The waiting time depends on the management time of the brand itself. Remember that the final decision on exchange, repair or refund always depends on the brand. As soon as we receive a response, we will contact you to inform you if the warranty has been accepted and, in this case, we will inform you if the brand has decided to proceed with a refund, repair or replacement.

Online order - Acer

I ordered an Acer "bloodgood" 7.5l. Under the current circumstances, I would have loved to have seen the product before purchase, so I was not sure what to expect ordering online. The plant arrived in a simple sturdy card board box, the base secured in plastic liner and the foliage supported by brown paper. The plant was in fantastic condition (better than I had previously seen in centres) and I was pleased with delivery (approx 4 working days). I would happily purchase from Charella Gardens again.
