He was patient and not pushy measured the sofas for me etc and answered all my questions. Even when my sofa was delayed I was communicated with via email to keep me informed. Ordering from AO was quick and easy. My new tv was with me within 2 days with plenty correspondence to let me know a time slot. Then the driver rang me to let me know he was on his way. Just prior to my delivery I received a lovely courtesy call from a girl in admin letting me know what would be happening etc and if I was happy with the service so far. She was so friendly and nice I will definitely order again without hesitation.
