If there was a minus 5 stars, I'd use it!
Ordered on 30th January, no sign of my order....I've emailed, checked tracking, used the delightful bot to chat. Zero success, they don't care! I've just today completed their complaints form. I've little to no faith. Site looks great! But, i think it's a SCAM! Beware folks!!

First thing to be aware of, is that this company delete negative reviews. What does that tell you?....
I've had 3 cleaners thus far. The first really struggled with English. Perhaps couldn't read either as the products she used has damaged my kitchen units and splash back. My ironing board was burnt, and mop bucket broken. Hence, it was two visits, so I'd asked for someone else.
Second person didn't want to come because they don't get paid for the first introduction and visit. So she tried to do a phone consult.
Third person today....Due to come at 10am. Sent a txt message to say she'd been involved in a car accident at 10:18. I'm loosing the faith.
I believe these reviews have been paid for by a data company. I'm a marketeer, I know how this works. It's disingenuous behaviour unfortunately.

We had an excellent experience of customer service from Alba Removals. They were very quick to respond to me with a quotation, which was very competitive in comparrision. And were also super speedy in arranging a date to come. It wasn't easy for them to negotiate around our business as it's a busy place in the morning. All the boys were fantastic! We shall definately use them again, and shall reccommend to family and friends.

First point to note is my name is Claire, not Calire. Just to let you all know how this company works, it doesn't!! Driver turns up at wrong address, has contadetails from me. But decides not to call?? Anyway, enjoy the reply......

Thank you for providing us with your details.
Looking into the tracking history I do see that the expected delivery date was for the 25th October, However I do see that there was a failed delivery attempt due to the driver that was not able to locate the property. Checking into the drivers GPS locations, I can see that he was at the incorrect vicinity at the time of the delivery.
I will internally raise this to our service centre for this not to happen in future delivery's.Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in delivery and your recent experience.
