Worst company. Cancelled subscription. Still charged me next month. Refuses to refund me.

They have charged me for Disney plus without authorisation in January. They are claiming that they can't cancel it. Still being charged every month. Today they told me that can't refund me 4 months until they fix the error in their system. Can't guarantee when they can cancel the subscription.

They have failed to deliver an item twice. I stayed home to be there on delivery as they were bulk items. I wasn't informed until 30 mins before expected delivery. On both occassions, they have failed to even contact me to reschedule delivery. I was on hold for 30+ mins to call in for fix their mistakes. I would not recommend this company for delivery. On the 3rd attempt, I requested another company to delivery the item.

Worse company to buy online. I purchased a few items online during Black Friday. The customer service is horrible. I will never buy anything from them again. They lied about cancelling an item and failed to provide a proper date of delivery and time frame so I can plan someone to be there for delivery. I can understand mistake happen, and businesses get busy this time of year, but their lack of communication and horrible customer service was the worst experience I ever had.

Thankfully I got my refund and bought a much better quality bed elsewhere.

Horrible pushy salesperson. Applied for finance for a car I didn't approve of. Wouldn't let me see the car first and didn't explain the process correctly. They have apologised and "fixed" the issue, but caused my credit score to lose points.

Used them in the past. Horrible experience. I was left on the ride of the road for hours! ALWAYS turned up late on estimated arrival time. Would not recommend.
