VERY POOR SERVICE

Was speaking to a " customer service " today 15.45...
He was very very unhelpful..
Wouldn't allow me to explain my problem..was very very dismissive...asked me for my details in a very dismissive manner and immediately tried to refer me to a dealer!
If I wanted to talk to a dealer...I would have phoned a dealer.
He now has all my details and when I pressed him on the reasons for all my information being taken only to refer me to a dealer..he hung up on me!!!
NOT QUITE WHAT I EXPECT FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Not quite happy with new " service…

Not quite happy with new " service charges "
Should only pay the actual price of the deal !
Have to add that, apart from this, I've always been happy with my deals from Itison!!

All the answers are the same....contact…

All the answers are the same....contact customers service...
They very seldom have any answers to actually help customers!
Bought a brand new captur which suddenly lost power and was told that a diagnosis would be done by a Trusted dealer and if nothing found, I would be charged for this privilege.
This could not be done for a further 4 to 5 weeks!
Can't take the chance on this happening on the motorway so had no choice but to move vehicle on at a loss of approx £3000.
Renault don't seem to think that they have a problem...
Instead of denying things...is it not better to acknowledge that there may be a problem and take reasonable steps to make amends and rectify a problem?
