I bought a washing machine today in your Little Island store and was looked after by David, he went out of his way in so many ways to help me and had knowledge on every aspect of every machine I enquired about. Unfortunate experience, incorrect information on website lead to incorrect delivery and left me without the gift I wished to give, mistakes happen but very unhelpful proprietor re refund which is a shame as his staff were lovely , big thank you to Claire who did her very best to sort the situation out , she is an asset to any company. Ironically it was the proprietor who let the side down . Refund finally granted , my recommendation would be to try some of the other Irish companies instead , there are many wonderful online Irish garden centres who provide a super service. Again a big thank you to Claire for her attention.
