Sadly customer support is very low on the agenda for this company. Virtually non existent. Very keen to chase the negative trust pilot reviews however not so keen to actually follow up with support.
No notice given to Directors about a change in policy which meant account manager was kicked out of banking with no warning despite completing onboarding process. We now two days into business interruption, with zero support. Completely unacceptable. Would NOT recommend this bank and will be moving to ANNA due to ongoing problems. Staggering that customer support answers a trust pilot review before they answer the support request on their own platform!
