I’ve just withdrawn our services.

I’ve just withdrawn our services.

My 70 year old mum has offered on a property and asked me to help her either the online forms.

9 emails I’ve sent and I’ve only had one reply. They keep sending generic emails asking for money or checks.

We can’t fill in the forms until they have replied to our queries.

The money form has an error but today which I’ve told them at least twice. This morning I’ve been asked to use the form again.

Tuesday I said we were thinking of withdrawing our offer.

Still had another email today asking to pay and to fill in the form which I can’t.

I’ve emailed the solicitor directly and the main email and no one cares to get back to you.

They just don’t care.

20 December I emailed the following.
- I wanted to give them an opportunity to rectify before I posted public:

“This is the fourth time we have ordered cookie pies. Previously they have tasted  really good. 

My teenage daughters love them. I ordered them a box for breaking up from school yesterday. 

This time they did not taste as nice as usual and they have got smaller in size. 

The cookie dough didn't look cooked. You can't really see in the photos.

The cookie and the chocolate filling didn't taste of anything. 

The expiry date wasn't until the 29th December but they tasted stale. 

Very disappointing. We won't be ordering again.”

Their reply:

“Apologies that you are unhappy with your experience thus far.

Please note that all feedback will be taken onboard and forwarded to the appropriate departments.

Apologies for any inconvenience that may have been caused.”


I'm only writing now because I'm constantly getting emails advising their best selling pies are back in stock and I keep assuming they are emails to me regarding my complaint (as my email was titled) rather than marketing.

Edit: Reply to their comment on here from 8/1/26 what information are you wanting? I did email you 20/12/25.

Said I didn’t buy 2 x trainers from them and won’t refund. My order is on my online account. Useless.


Ordered two pairs of trainers in August. Sent both pairs back end of August.

I’ve been chasing a refund ever since.

Today I’ve recieved this email. What an absolute joke. The trainers are in my orders on my online account:

“Unfortunately, we weren’t able to accept it, as the item received does not match any products sold through our website or affiliated stores. As a result, the parcel has been sent back to you.”

8 Months later No phone or credit debited . Think someone nicked it.

In March I sent a mobile phone in for a “swap” as I had upgraded.

It is now October and I haven’t had the £80 credited to my account.

I’ve phoned, emailed and gone onto chat numerous times.

I’m told they keep escalating my case.

Then I was told it never arrived even though I know it has as I have the tracking ref. I was also told it was sent back to me and I should have received tracking information.

I’ve officially complained twice but no one replies.

Two delayed parcels 11 days and 4 weeks. Where are they??

I ordered an item last Monday 15/09/2025. It was posted that day and I still have not recieved it. I’ve just had an email to say it will be delivered today and immediately after I’ve had another email to say it will be delayed.

I also sent two pairs of trainers back 27/08/25 and the retailer have not had them.

I’ve gone on the online chat and it just says to contact the seller to post out another order but I need my money returned.

No refund after 1 month

Sent two pairs of my teenage daughters trainers back. 4 weeks later I haven’t had a refund. There is absolutely no way of contacting them. In store cannot help either. What are you supposed to do?

So much hassle

I’ll be honest I’ve never heard of this company.

I sold an item on Vinted and the buyer chose this form of delivery.

I found a locker at a petrol station a 10 minute drive.

I tried scanning the two barcodes and typed in both barcodes 3 times each.

I went on YouTube while I was stood there to see what I was doing wrong. It stated I could scan the QR code. I had no code in my email or junk mail.

While stood there I downloaded the app. Still no QR code.

I’m hoping there is some way I can refuse this delivery service when selling but it’s doubtful.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I’ve just received an email asking how they did and it brought me directly here.

I’ve never used any form of locker to post items so it might not be specific to this company. They might all be rubbish.

Missing items. Now they say it was planned all along but not informed about this.




I ordered two items specifically for my 13 year olds sleepover (new bedding and curtains) along with a few other items I didn't really need on Tuesday 12th August.

Delivery stated 3-5 working days and I did receive it the day after Wednesday 12th August which was great but the two items I had placed the order for were missing.

There was no invoice in the bag and I hadn’t had an email confirming my order so I assumed I'd forgotten to order.

Before I ordered again I emailed customer services as I added up the cost of the items I had recieved and I had definitely spent more. They said my order was split into multiple packages due to the weight and size of the items ordered.

I think they forgot to pack it. Otherwise why no note in the bag? Why no email?

It's now Friday 15th. Still within their delivery timeframe I realise, however I would have rather known part of my order would be arriving at a later date. I would have not ordered the other bits if I knew my daughters things would arrive later.

I've checked the Evri app and it's now been delayed and they are "working to get it on its way on the next working day"

The status on my order on the OHS website says order completed.

If I contact them they will say they have fulfilled their job and it’s now an issue with the courier.

To note I’m not disputing delivery times as we still 2 more working days left it’s the fact that they didn’t tell me it would be split and I could have paid more or not ordered extras to have the things I needed arrive.

Came across them by accident. Would definitely recommend. Genuine Pandora Stockist.

I ordered from here by mistake. I typed Pandora into the search engine and I didn’t realise I had ordered from this company until I received the confirmation email. I panicked and emailed Pandora but they said they are a genuine stockist.


Great item. Super fast delivery and really helpful.

I bought from B and Q yet I have to contact some random company.

I ordered a shed from B and Q. I found others on eBay and Amazon but I wanted once from a reputable company.

The courier were someone I had never heard of.

I recieved an email from the courier to say my shed had been left in my safe place. (Along with a photo of it being propped up at the side of my front door). Absolutely ridiculous. There is access to the back of my house.

I complained B and Q.

B and Q said my order was placed with another company, a “Verified Seller”.

They told me to deal directly with them by going onto my order confirmation and clicking the contact seller button. I tried this. It takes you to the B and Q website then it says “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later.”

Nobody cares these days.

It’s put me off ordering from B and Q again. Wish I had known.

Who leaves a shed by the side of a front door when there is access around the back??

I recieved an email to say my shed had been left in my safe place. (Along with a photo of it being propped up at the side of my front door). Absolutely ridiculous. For large items they should give you some idea of a delivery time. The tracking said delivering item 1 of 12 all day. It never changed. I had a hospital appointment for my daughter that I could not change.

I had an email to say they were on their way AFTER they had delivered it.

I had been trying to enter a safe place for days. It kept saying I could enter this only once it was out for delivery. Then when it was it says it was too late to change this. There is access to the back of my house. Also he didn’t even knock or ring the bell. How strange.

I’ve never heard of this company and I ordered via B and Q. Won’t be ordering from them again. Wish I had known.

Ordered two single Ottoman beds for my teen and tween daughters.

So far they seem good quality and the price was reasonable.

One came two weeks after the other though which was strange. I guess they must have been sent from different places.

Maybe not necessarily The Range’s fault??
I’ve made 3 online orders over 4 years and every single time at least half of my order is damaged. They do refund these items though.

They really need to speak with Yodel. It’s always the same driver. He must throw the boxes around. However The Range should either package the items better or tell Yodel about this one guy.

I can send you my post code if needed.
I don’t know his name but I’m shocked he still has a job.

I can’t order online anymore as I know what will happen.

I order online lots and this company…

I order online lots and this company has to be the worst courier I deal with. They usually take it to a different house.

However this time I received a notification to say an item would be delivered on Monday. I wanted in. Then Monday night it said it would be delivered Tuesday. I waited in and kept checking the app all day. Then it appeared Wednesday. Couldn’t even ask for it to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place as these options weren’t allowed.

I left a positive review on here on17 December 2024.

All 6 items in my order had to be returned. The 6 pairs of leggings totally unusable as they were see thru.

I was refunded for 4 pairs but had to ask for the other 2 pairs to be refunded.

Customer services were helpful and said they would check CCTV to see how many I had returned.

I didn’t hear back but I’ve now had the second refund and the £1.99 postage to send them back.

I do think I should have had the original £4.99 postage refunded as the leggings (described as yoga leggings) aren’t fit for purpose and I had no choice.

As a delivery service was provided for the items, this charge would be considered non-refundable and the items not being suitable for you would not be considered a fault with the item.
