Great products and great customer…

Great products and great customer service. Unfortunately the boots didn’t fit me and had to send it back. Return was easy, straightforward and quick.

Absolutely disgusting

Misleading information and horrible customer service
The experience we wanted wasn’t available anymore so we had to look for something else.
We found theatre tickets but it was more expensive to buy through Buyagift than from the original website so we asked customer service if a Price Match is possible.
They advised us through chat to buy the ticket first then they will process the refund. So we exchanged our experience voucher as they suggested but when it came to a refund they said exchanged vouchers can’t be price matched.
Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!
We have screenshots of the chat conversations where they instructed us to exchange our voucher and also of the promised price match. Nothing happened. All they can refund is £15 instead of the promised £95.

6months....and still waiting for delivery

Ordered a bedside table on th 29th December 2020 and still no delivery. No explanation why it's being delayed however I receive emails every week or every 2 weeks saying it's delayed again. Now my new despatch date is 10th June 2021. Which still just a dispatch date and not a delivery date.
It's just a tiny little bedside table. Would be nice to know what is the reason for this huge delay, i mean come on..... 6 months (or more) for this product?!?!?! Ridiculous

Terrible service since they are using…

UPDATE after the reply.... The very rare issue with delivery happened to a whole lots of people at the same week. Last minute email was sent out (basically we already knew we wont have the box at all)
If you use more than one courier PLEASE GO BACK TO DPD at the areas you changed to Yodel.PLEASE!!!

Terrible service since they are using Yodel. Didn't deliver our package for this week.
GO BACK TO DPD!!!!

We try to let our customers know about any delivery errors as soon as our Couriers inform us that they have encountered an issue. These are, however, unpredictable so we may not be able to let customers know at the most opportune time so they may be able to prepare themselves for the delay or, in the worst case, lack of delivery.

Great customer service.

Great customer service.
It did not start that way as one of the customer service agent didn't want to take my order over the phone. He was really a pain in the.... But after 2 days struggling we have managed to place the order for the dining table and chairs. It has arrived in time however got the wrong colour. Contacted customer service and they were ready to change it straight away. However we kept it. Liked the colour. Few weeks later the leg of the table has broke. Contacted customer services again via email. IN 24 HOURS THEY REPLIED!!! Which is huge in these circumstances. And 3 days later we received the new leg!!!! If they wouldn't have leg in stock they were going to send me refund for the table.
Will definitely buy from them again.

Suggestions for those who hasn't received refund

I have recently left a review explaining how bad the customer service is as i haven't received my refund for over 2 months. So what i did, i went to their local shop (Bracknell) and explained my situation. There was a guy called Paul who told me to send him the email and he will do his best to help me....today morning (3 days later) i have received the refund. Huge thanks to Paul!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Didn't receive everything I ordered and its being 2 months since i requested a refund (as the missing items were not in stock). Wasn't easy to get in touch with them as they just did not bother to get back to me. I understand that in this circumstances everything is difficult but how hard is to transfer somebody's money back????
Terrible customer service!!!!!
Anyway, the products are absolutely fine and i love them but go to the store and buy it when you can, and don't order online!!!
