Has to wait nearly 4 weeks to get a repair on a brand cooker that has faults with it,
Rude and ignorant repair person, tries to tell you what you can and can't do in your own home,
Would not take away the faulty unit, tells me I have arrange to have it picked up, kept calling me buddy which i hated,

Stop using probikekit a while ago because of their useless service, tried to unsubscribe from them sending me emails, I still get them, stop sending me emails, don't want anything to do with you.
Update, 16 June, no point all I'll get is a standard letter saying how sorry you are, can't believe anything your company says.

Absolutely useless, they make out they have stock of an item when all they do is rely on their suppliers having the stock whether they have it or not, they give you a delivery date which comes and goes, then you'll get the standard letter saying their supplier hasn't dispatched it and they'll give it their priority which never happens, cancelled order in the end, buy it from wiggle or some other reliable company at least they'll tell you the truth.
Update, the meaningless response you get from this company, must be another one of their standard responses, don't make excuses just get the job done.
