I wish I had done this a few years ago. The account transfer went smoothly. I was worried about whether everything would go smoothly because I'd never done it before. It turned out I didn't need to. First Direct handled it professionally. I've had the account for a few weeks and haven't needed to contact the customer service office. The account itself is transparent and easy to manage. All direct debits were transferred without a problem. The money they promised for the account transfer was paid after all the conditions were met.

Rob was very helpful and polite in 15 minutes I resolved my issue. Rob explained everything to me thoroughly and advised.

Many thanks to Mrs Mandy for help in settling the remortgage. Very nice lady, despite my poor English language, we arranged everything by phone and email. We have a quick and easy remortgage without any problems and cheaper insurance at the same time. I highly recommend Piotr.
