I want to update my review as i left a negative review for office furniture direct recently, as i'd sent them an email as my safe wouldn't work, but got no response. This has since changed as emails can get missed. I ordered a personal safe which got jammed and wouldn't close. A lovely lady, claire, has got in touch with me since, once she realised there was a problem with my product, and she couldn't have been more helpful. Straight away she offered me a replacement or a refund. She's now processed a full refund for me. Because of the great customer service and help i received, i wouldn't hesitate to order from office furniture direct again.

Ordered a personalised calendar for a Christmas present, and was so impressed by how quickly they'd processed and delivered it to me - especially with it being personalised. The pictures are great quality, and it looks so professional. She's going to love it! I'll definitely be ordering from funky pigeon again - i'm always really happy with them.

Ordered size 5 trainers online. When I got it, the box was size 5, but the trainers were size 7. Can't even get the basics right - waste of time. Won't be ordering from them again - should've paid attention to all the negative reviews.

These insoles are great. I wear them at work doing 12 hour shifts, and since I've been using them, I've had no more bother with a sore back or sore feet anymore. They last ages, and I couldn't work without these insoles anymore, and they're so comfortable.

Paypal limited my account for no reason, even though i'd been with them for years. Out of the blue they asked for photo id and other id. I don't have a photo id, so they limited my account. Can't use them to pay for anything, so of no use to me now, but they won't even let me remove my payment card or close my account - useless.

This was my 1st time ordering from moonpig, and i was so impressed! It was really easy to upload photos and customise my card. I only put in my order of the card and chocolates yesterday afternoon, and it was delivered first thing this morning. Very quick delivery - my go to place for cards in future!

Through no fault of their own - (faulty part or damaged in transit) - i received a magic mop, but the top part wouldn't screw on at all I emailed them, and shortly after they emailed me back to say that they were arranging a replacement for me as soon as they could. I received the replacement in a couple of days. I'm so impressed with them and their customer service is amazing! I highly recommend them, and will continue to order from them in the future - amazing service - very happy customer!
