I want to update my review as i left a negative review for office furniture direct recently, as i'd sent them an email as my safe wouldn't work, but got no response. This has since changed as emails can get missed. I ordered a personal safe which got jammed and wouldn't close. A lovely lady, claire, has got in touch with me since, once she realised there was a problem with my product, and she couldn't have been more helpful. Straight away she offered me a replacement or a refund. She's now processed a full refund for me. Because of the great customer service and help i received, i wouldn't hesitate to order from office furniture direct again.
