The person I spoke to on the customer care team,Sophie,was excellent. I had received my renewal quote,which was double the amount of last year's,and she reduced it to within £3 of last that. She also answered a question I had,and kindly confirmed it in a Email.

I feel it is important to share my experience with Wonderlawn. In September 2022, we had a new lawn installed by a Mr. Dean Fuller from Wonderlawn. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a significant mistake. We paid over £4000 for this artificial lawn, and from the date of installation, it had issues. Mr. Fuller assured us that the problem was related to the pet infill and that it would resolve itself after some heavy rain. Unfortunately, this never happened. After numerous back and forth discussions (and being told that the installer and supplier of the lawn were separate companies). 

After numerous back and forth discussions, blame upon the weather e.t.c. it took 18 months to have a new lawn fitted, which has been the only upside to this whole saga. The service from Mr. Fuller was appalling, and his attitude towards us and our problem was unacceptable. The head office was equally unhelpful and took no responsibility for the issue. Therefore, do not expect any assistance from them. The 10-year guarantee offered is misleading, as in our case, Wonderlawn would not replace the lawn unless the manufacturer agreed there was a fault. Wonderlawn would have had to cover the costs themselves if the replacement was not approved beforehand. The only reason our lawn was replaced was that the manufacturer wanted a sample so that they could discover what was wrong with the lawn and Wonderlawn couldn't leave us with a hole in the lawn.

Despite the stress, anxiety, and inconvenience we endured over the past 18 months, our request for compensation was flatly refused by Wonderlawn .We sought legal advice, and a letter was sent, but again, compensation was denied. In light of this experience, I advise potential customers to be cautious and thoroughly evaluate the company's commitment to their guarantees and customer service, ensuring caution is taken when engaging their services.

When visiting the Preswold circuit in March of this year,I had purchased a Media package which was £40 and included video footage of both car's that I was due to drive. Both the Subaru Impreza and Mitsubishi Evo I drove were in a disgusting state inside. However, I enjoyed thoroughly the passenger ride and my actual drives in both car's. The problems occurred when I came to redeem my sim card for my picture's and video's. The professional driver has disappeared with my paperwork,which meant that the customer service assistant could not find my photo's or video's. After a long delay she eventually found them,by using the time's of my drives. However,I'm not 100% sure she found all the photo's and only one of the video's had recorded. I asked for some money back as I had not received what I had paid for. To cut a long story short,I ended up with a couple of extra photo's,in place of the missing video. This I find wholly unacceptable,but due to time constraints & taking 45 minutes to get to this point,I had to take the picture's. I complained upon my return,but once they were aware that I received the extra picture's,they did not want to know. So be aware that that your video's of your driving might not work & if you take extra picture's,that's the end of the matter as far as they are concerned.

This experience was definitely not worth the £395 we paid. Lee helped us get our puppy crate trained,& to leave her on her own.
We paid for 3 visits & email support. We were aware that we needed to contact him,so we were in touch by email. However,we had two visits,& on the second visit we found him very condescending. We emailed him towards the end of our contract,& it would have helped noend if he could have witnessed the problem. However,even though this visit was owed,because she might not carry out the behaviour in his presence,he declined to visit us.
Therfore we find ourselves out of contract & part of the problem is ongoing. We found the training old fashioned. One word was used for all behaviour problems,which she took no notice of & despite us telling him this,there was no other alternative. She responded more to the commands used at her £10 a week puppy class. We would not recommend this company atall. Our contract was from July 2022 for one year.
