Like everyone else on here if I could give them - 10 I would.
What a dreadful company.
On their track and trace system my parcel is in Ireland according to liars.Com, since 5th February yet it took longer ( 7 days) to be delivered to me than it took to come from the UK?? Unbelievable...
Sent me an email on Wednesday 11th February @8.23am Parcel out for delivery with driver
Cancelled an appointment and waited in all day , then had the cheek to say that they called to my home @17.07 pm and I wasn't home? 🐂💩
I drank a whole jar of coffee waiting for the delivery.
Then this morning 12th February same email again @ 8.15 am
Parcel out for delivery with driver bla bla bla...
So I decided to ring customer service as I wasn't waiting in again all day.
Well their customer service is worst than their lies.
Couldn't care less!!..
Parcel has now arrived finally @14.25pm...
Driver informed me he wasn't even in Sligo yesterday, so couldn't even have called to my home whatever liar decided to write " they had called and I wasn't in".
Why make up this crap just to make your company look good on paper, when the company is useless in reality.
Anyone sending parcels or receiving parcels should definitely think twice about using them....
Get someone with an Donkey and Cart you'll get a much better quicker service... Ridiculous behaviour.
* After all that the product came damaged... Now why am I not surprised..!!*

Won't Answer The Phone, When They Do, lift The Receiver And Then Disconnect You.
Rang 4 Times To Experience This....
Then You Contacted Them By Email And It Takes Days For A Response.
I Really Don't Think They Care About Customers In Customer service?.
Most Of The Staff Are Helpful In The Stores Thankfully.
Anyway I Went To Lidl Sligo Today To Purchase A Set Of Kettle & Toaster On Offer As A Set And Present.
No Toasters Only Kettles Arrived Into Stock, So The Manger Informed Me The Toasters Won't Come Now.
So What's The Point In Fooling People With Fake Advertisements.
So I was Told To Contact Customer And Maybe Then Can Track Down A Toaster?.
It's Sad To See A Company Like Lidl Who Where A Good Company When They Entered The Irish Market, But Are Now Gone One Of The Worst When It Comes To Customer Service. They Have Forgotten That It's Us The Customers Who Are Keeping Their Doors Open?.
Get Your Act Together Lidl, It's Not Rocket science... All It Takes Is A Bit Of Manners And Respect.

What An Appalling Bank They Are, I Was Trying To Contact Them About Charge back On Money I Paid For Products On A Site Which I Presumed Was Legitimate but Turned Out To Be A Scammers Website 🙄
You Can't Even Talk To Anyone In Person To Explain It's All Automated Through Text And Email, Which You Can't Even Reply To. So The Refused My Claim Because I Couldn't Supply Them With Sufficient Information From The Scammers Who Weren't Even Engaging With Me??... So Really No Customer Service, It's All About Protecting The Scammers And Just Running Customers Around In Circles.
They Give Us All This Advice About Scammers, But When It Comes Down To It, They Themselves Bank Of Ireland Don't Protect Us The Customers Unless You Can Supply Them With Reems Of Paperwork From The Scammers Who Don't Engage With Anyone Once They Take Your Money.
Absolutely Horrible Customer Service....
