Trying to access my pension . Can't register online as these Morons have changed the criteria . Now when I get to speak town advisor I'm interrogated about what I'm doing with MY MONEY and do I know what I'm doing ? Writing a letter of complaint as I can't find an email address . Not that it'll get me anywhere. AVOID THIS COMPANY worst I've ever dealt with . Put your pension money with someone else . They want your money but when you need it they'll put up obstacles and interrogate you about what for ?

Can't give no stars. You have a system to verify on amazon when buying knifes etc . Despite trying for at least 40 times this doesn't work . You've caused me stress and grief for trying to order a Xmas present . You're based in Nottingham? Ppl in Nottingham are friendly and tend to help others not you . If my name was Muhammad I'd of been verified first time . Useless system on amazon for what is a useless company

Trying yo order knife set . Won't verify my address or bank card . Spent last half hour messing about with customer service. On amazon it says keep shopping for ..... yes I'd love to but they won't verify my address or card to order a present. You did well to get 1 star tbh

I ordered a new phone online because Tesco Mobile had no stock and it was £100 cheaper. I had previously seen a member of Tesco Mobile instore and he'd said if we're not busy we'll set it up for you . So Monday I went to see Tesco Mobile . We can't do that I was told so I did it myself
A good friend of mine recommended making a complaint so I email Tesco Mobile who refuse to inform me of what the services of Tesco Mobile are . I'm then asked for some billing information etc
I later recieve an email mail saying I've not sent them enough information. TM refused to answer my questions about services provided. Both emails have apologies and this isn't the level of service we aim to provide or words to that effect. I've told TM my contract ends in 3 months so I may take my business elsewhere. The second email from TM says don't take your business elsewhere because of this 1 thing .
I've told TM now to forget it as I believe I'm getting nowhere despite providing all my details. Oh TM did offer me 300 clubcard points wow ...... so I'll think about changing my phone contract and I'll try and shop elsewhere so Tesco will see less of my money
Thank you TM complaints dept you're wasting your time you should really be in the HOP who also excel at not answering questions and being evasive.

The way the sport and leisure dept at this council treats the unfortunate sports clubs in their area is an absolute disgrace. Fields rarely cut and when they are they look like they've been cut with scissors .
People in authority give no help and don't know what they're doing yet no doubt are paid a nice fat salary and for what ?
I saw something asking for volunteers at their local club . I'd tell anyone not to volunteer unless the club is private . Gbc are a bunch of imbeciles . Asking them for a service and being fobbed off by bs

So easy to order online . Collection is easy too . Ordered some clothing for my granddaughter for a forthcoming birthday .
Can't review the actual clothing items as yet, however next clothing is usually good quality at a reasonable price

Why can't i give no stars for this bunch of imbeciles? Last month stw text me demanding money on my payment plan for water services. I'd paid btw. Today i recieved a letter demanding money and claims I'd not made a payment since December last year . I find my receipts to dispute this . This is ongoing.
I've never had any complaints about stw but now ! I'm not young but certainly if i was older this would be causing me even more stress and grief .
Why can't stw check check and check again before demanding money from me ? To say I'm fed up of their awful 'service' is a vast understatement .
UPDATE
Severn Trent Water have informed me this is an admin type error owing to their systems. I've been offered and accepted a £60 credit on my bill . Would of preferred a cheque btw. I still feel this shouldn't happen and for 2 months in succession . Yesterday i sent screenshots of my receipts as proof of payment .

Yesterday i received a call from Chris at STW who was full of apologies and explained this was due to a new system that for some reason has me as i bad customer and not paying any of my bills for this year. Chris told me to ignore any bill demands from STW . So a happy ending . Thank you Chris

Can't give a no star review . These people are just useless oh and their delivery team dpd . Waiting for my medical supplies which happen to be urgent , waiting for phone calls back. These people aren't interested. Waited a week as i say for urgent medical supplies. What happens when I've run out ? Not taken seriously. Was told my parcel had arrived on Monday ? Really ? Avoid this company
