Great range of slightly darker aesthetic clothing and products. Would be good if they went back to a higher proportion of alternative models. Generally v. happy with the quality/price/receipt of bought items.

Have found this company to be helpful and responsive to enquiries. Quality of goods as or better than expected for the pricing. There can be delays with orders during busy periods, but I have always received orders, and know they can be contacted in the event of any problems.

Yes, Minerva prices can seem a bit high on certain items. However, for basic supplies, for their exclusives and specials, for their huge range in one place, and for their outstanding customer service, I've found them to be very good value.

I've had technical issues with my email - I don't receive Minerva's automated invoices, updates, or tracking numbers. However, it turns out manually generated emails are fine. So I've spent a fair bit of time chasing orders. Although the whole team seem great, one service rep in particular - Mitch - not only noticed there was an issue with a recent order, they also realised I probably hadn't been notified. Thanks to them forwarding the details, I was able to address the update & will now receive my items.

I've now had a few deliveries from this company. The items I've received are as advertised and good quality. I love their range of products and design, and although I mostly buy on sale, I do think they are well priced for the standard of goods. I like that they have a larger range of clothes sizing, and that they regularly use diverse models. As someone who's previously had issues with post, I appreciate the optional shipping protection. I was glad there was an optout for SMS marketing.

Great range of decent quality, well priced, fabrics. Love the fact they have so many of the basics in matching colourways; makes it really easy to mix and match, especially with trims and finishes. The reliable service and delivery is a definite bonus for repeat custom.

Unfortunately, a number of my items arrived with slight damage, probably caused during packing or transit. However, I am leaving 5 stars due to the fast and professional response I received directly upon reporting the issue. I wish all online transactions were this easy.

Bought from the clearance section, this item appears as new. Called first to check compatibility with accessories; clear, friendly, response meant I was able to order accurately. As an amateur player, this is an amazing piece of kit to be able to own, and I am extremely happy with it.
The delivery company was not exemplary. This should have been a two person job; only one man was sent, and he was clearly unhappy with having to make 2 trips to transport 2 large, heavy, packages to my door. He asked for assistance, which I was unable to give due to recent surgery. I paid an extra charge for the delivery, so feel this could have been better achieved.

Ordering online held no issues (although I later discovered the 'sale price' was the same as the regular price in another well known shop, so it's possible there's a bit of overcharging going on). Delivery was swift, but the courier felt the need to use 'Alright darling' in place of my name, so not exactly a professional service. Product working fine so far.

Delivery person not only carried my heavy parcel upstairs to my door, he waited to make sure I was able to get it inside by myself. As I am unwell + awaiting an operation (he would not have known this), this thoughtfulness was especially appreciated.

Swift delivery, well packaged, gorgeous high quality fabrics. Decent prices normally, but sale prices have been exceptional value.
