They cannot read prescriptions properly. Mine specifies a certain brand only and still they give the prescription with any other brand in. Then they have to order the brand in that I need. This makes many wasted trips. Then for a different prescription which has been discontinued they said will contact my GP and sort it to change it for another one available on the shelf and to leave it with them. They I go back to collect and of course they haven’t bothered to do this and now tell me to contact my GP. Wasting yet more time! Very incompetent staff.

Account suspended 10 years ago and still permanently suspended. It was suspended after I had been looking at law books and I was a law student at the time. No actual reason given for suspension, no way to appeal the decision. I spoke with someone from eBay on the phone and they won’t even give me a reason for the suspension or a way to even challenge this. I really don’t understand it, all I did was look at law books as a law student!!! Makes no sense whatsoever and to give no way of challenging this is really unfair and also to not give an actual reason. Don’t know how they make any money if they suspend accounts for no reason at all. Etsy and Amazon are so much better! Please anyone reading this sell and buy through Etsy or Amazon!!!

They don’t respond to emails. I have literally sent the same email around 5 times and received no response.

Loved the case when I first received it. However the case has very quickly become dirty looking and has scratched at the sides. I have only had the case a few months and I take really good care of my phone so to have it looking dirty and scratched so quickly is very disappointing and it is not the quality I was expecting.

I have the max stretch trousers and have now just purchased the thermal skinnies. I love them both! Excellent quality!

I purchase an item just one week before a sale started. I emailed customer services and asked to be refunded so I could pay the sale price as otherwise I would just return and re-order the item for the sale price. They took several days to respond and refused to refund the difference as they said the size I ordered was now out of stock! It was in stock when I initially emailed them! I also don’t see what difference this makes as they will now be having my size in stock when I return the item out of principle! Also others may return this same size so it may be available again. Seems they were thinking I would have to keep the item as I could not re purchase at sale price but I will just return so they will still loose the extra money I paid before the sale price came out! Seems they are very greedy wanting to keep this extra money!

I went for the eye test because my doctor advised me to make sure I had nothing seriously wrong with my eyes due to recent eye floaters, eye pain and headaches which he thinks are migraines and these could have been brought on my thyroid flare up so could go once this is resolved. I had just had a migraine as well so vision was blurry due to this. Optician said they are not connected so he thinks he knows better then a doctor and thyroid specialists!! Optician ignored the fact that this had suddenly come on and said I needed glasses to buy right now to see if this helped despite the fact I explained that my eyes have only recently changed! They tried to get me to buy glasses then. Seems they are desperate to sell glasses. I will wait and see if my eyes change which they are changing every day before spending £99 on some glasses which I may only need for a few weeks !!!
