DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AVOID! Apparently they're owned by Estée Lauder now. They clearly don't care about the Origins brand. It feels a bit like the Marie Celeste when trying to speak with them.
After much effort, I managed to speak to someone from manufacturing at EL, who was curt and uninterested. Don't bother with this company, you'll end up disappointed!

I'm glad I've only ordered one print…

I'm glad I've only ordered one print and frame. Generally disappointed tbh. The photo I sent was much brighter than the print that eventually arrived. In fact I would say that the print looks very dull and miserable, which is exactly the opposite of what I was trying to achieve. I contacted the company, and correspondence takes some days, and was told that their non glossy paper absorbs the light and results in a darker print. They told me that next time I should lighten up the photo myself to accommodate their printing. No offer to reprint it for me. As I say, I'm glad I've only ordered one.

Absolutely love my new tree and pot

Absolutely love my new tree and pot, it looks amazing!!! Beautifully packed and easy to assemble. So happy with my purchase! I'll definitely be getting more items.

Beware

Beware! The items being sold on the Matalan website are not necessarily being sold by Matalan. Lots of items are from 'guest' suppliers. If they fail to be delivered or you want a refund, it makes things a lot more complicated. My understanding is that I bought it from Matalan, so my contract is with them, but they tell me that this is not the case. Buyer beware.

Disappointed that my Range Partner…

Disappointed that my Range Partner product arrived damaged. On phoning the Range they seem to be saying that the onus lays with their partner company and that they'll email them to find a resolution.
My understanding is that my contract is with the Range as that's who I bought the product through (Sale of Goods Act) but they seem to be saying it's with the Partner! On calling the Range it's impossible to speak with a team leader as they don't talk face to face apparently, and there is absolutely no way of escalating a complaint! Buyer beware!!!

While I appreciate that you placed this order through our website, it does advise on the product page that this is Sold and Dispatched by The Range Marketplace Partner and As per our terms and conditions that have been agreed to by yourself when checking out;

Where Goods in Your Order are sold by our Range Marketplace Partners, it is their sole responsibility to process any returns, cancellations, and refunds
associated with Your Order.

When buying items like this one, your contract of sale will be with our Retailer instead of us.

I don't recommend buying items from The Range Partners

I don't recommend buying items from their 'Range Partners'! These companies just use The Range as a front for selling their items and when things go wrong and you're delivered a faulty item, The Range aren't able to refund or help with returns forms/labels. The Range contact the seller and give them 4 days to reply. You have no contact with the seller.
I'm not happy as I bought the item from The Range and the Sale of Goods Act says that my contract is therefore through THE RANGE (not their agents)
Also, it's not possible to speak to a team leader on the Range phone number and no where on their website to raise a complaint.

Is PayPal run by Fujitsu?

Is PayPal run by Fujitsu?
If they tell me to update the app again I shall self explode! There is no update! Why is PayPal shutting down as soon as you open the app??? So many people are experiencing this problem! Please sort it out!

Such a pleasure buying anything from here!

It's such a pleasure buying anything from the Bristol store. The staff are super knowledgeable and helpful and are so willing to help if you phone up or go into the store. We'll definitely be buying more from richer sounds! And the prices are so competitive too!

things have changed since their new…

things have changed since their new return policy was brought in. Unable to call them via phone. Unable to change an order online (even within minutes of placing the order). Very poor customer service.

We can definitely recommend Aquabathrooms

We have just had 2 complete bathroom refits done with Aquabathrooms and we're so pleased with the results! Our fitters, Matt and Jack, we're brilliant throughout and nothing was too much bother for them, they worked so hard to get us the results we wanted. It was also great to have the support of the office team whenever we needed it. Thanks guys, couldn't be happier! We can definitely recommend Aquabathrooms!
