Scammers At Work
Firstly, this company is a complete scam that I'm quite sure don't even have a business registration to do business in the US. To start I ordered a service in which on their website states the service would be provided INSTANTLY. It even states 24 hour delivery. That's completely false! When reaching out to them they stated I need to check the terms and agreement in which I agreed too. The terms I agreed to were receiving a service instantly as originally stated. So upon not receiving it instantly, I reach out via email since their phone number clearly is not a U.S number. They responded back within a few hours and pretty much brushed me off to look at the terms and conditions. I replied back and let them know, forget the terms and agreement your company provided false information to begin with, and you have 24 hours from the time I paid my money, for the service to either get fulfilled or refund my money. So here we are after no response! And before this company come on here trying to make up a lie about anything the order is still not even processed. This company is based in England (per their online address on their website). I'm quite sure this company doesn't have a business registration to do business in the U.S, they provided misleading advertising and failed to deliver services as promised which violates the U.S consumer protection laws. Upon checking, the companies address is a registered agents address where multiple companies provide services at. I have already contacted my bank, and I will also be filing a complaint with the UK ECC. Don't fall victim to these scammers.
UPDATE!!!!
So these scammers reached out to me after seeing my review of course. Claiming a unlock is ready to be released. I open the email and these people done told me I need to pay an additional $84. Let me stress the fact that I screenshot everything! EVERYTHING. So according to their website and i quote from their website "How much does it cost to unlock my phone?" their response "The price of an unlock code differs based on the make and model of your phone, the network carrier it's tied to and your country of residence. YOU ARE PROVIDED AN EXACT PRICE FOR UNLOCKING YOUR PHONE BY ENTERING YOUR IMEI NUMBER". hmmmm! Ok so after I put my IMEI and it stated $26 how did you try to add an additional $84. Baby one thing for sure and two for certain I have the time dance with any entity that misleads consumers. I don't care if it was $2 you won't mislead nor steal from me! In the email they stated my device was expensive (iphone 12) and it was still under contract, but on their website under "What does blacklist mean" they specifically state "WE ARE UNABLE TO UNLOCK ANY DEVICE THAT HAS BEEN BLACKLISTED FOR ANY REASON". SO HOW YOU NEED AN ADDITIONAL $84 IF YOU CLAIM THE DEVICE IS BLACKLISTED! hmmm The plot twist was me calling ATT this morning. I wish I could put emojis in this review. But let's give them a chance to respond besides them acting so oblivious to who this complaint belongs to! Your company is not a large company/corporation, I'm quite sure it's one person running that email! BRB
