After just 2 months the arm dropped off the pair of frames. In my opinion the frames are not fit for purpose. Most glasses the arms are screwed on but these had hinges which are glued or soldered onto 2 little metal bits on the frames. The manager would only swap the frame for the identical substandard frame. I tried to contact their Customer services by phone. I basically ended being told they would only replace the same frame as no one else has had an issue with the same frames. Was told the manager at Asda opticians in Roehampton would order me the frames and the branch would let me know when they were ready. She didn't order them instead she chose to send 2 emails to her head office querying the order and even they didn't respond to her. For some strange reason She couldn't be bothered to contact me to query things so after waiting 10 days I rang to find out if my glasses were ready and they hadn't been order. So my advice is AVOID Asda. I certainly regret ever going there

I've purchased several roses from Harkness and they are always great quality. This year I've bought 3 "Ask Maureen" they are so pretty and the fragrance from them is absolutely gorgeous

The rose bushes arrived in great condition. Very healthy looking. Harness roses are always special. No wonder they’ve won awards at Chelsea Flower Show. We’ve bought many Harkness roses as gifts over the years.

Service is pretty good. Able to buy the sizes you need rather than them being out of stock in the shop. Shame they don't do click and collect anymore. It was free delivery but it was just luck I was in when it was delivered

Ive previously bought from Sealions so have come back for more. Reasonable prices and fast delivery. Vitamins seem to be good quality

Buying vitamins can be a minefield but I found buying online from Sealions very easy and the prices are very reasonable. I wanted to try out taking turmeric but didn't want to spend a lot if I couldn't cope with the taste as I hate spices but they are quite a high strength and really don't have much of a taste. I have bought vitamins in the past and they've never really done much but honestly I have found an improvement in my health and I've only been taking them for a few weeks.

Website regarding existing repair advises me to call a certain number or contact them on a certain email address and hey my email couldn't be delivered as obviously the address doesn't exist and it's now outside of office hours to ring the number. Well done Morgan Sindall

Fantastic people at BT Social Media. My elderly parents had a problem with the landline and it was imperative that it was fixed ASAP or they would miss a hospital phone consultation. The link I had been sent to track the repair wasn't working so I contacted BT via Facebook and I am very impressed at their Customer Service. The Social Media team have restored my faith in BT. Amazing
