First time I’ve been to Axe & compass Wolvey
Easy to find great parking service was fantastic great menu lots of choice however the downside for me is if you have never been before you get no explanation from the staff or the menu of how and what you’re ordering so you have to ask all the questions value for money though
Six tapis plates of food £23
I thought it was fantastic value as easily enough for a dinner for two

Out of stocks

I used to really love shopping here I’d go in just after the morning rush at 8 o’clock get my wanted get the points build at my spend and then leave fantastic
This was the Coventry branch of John Wigley Way
Now I’m going in three times this week items are over faced covering up the items that are out of stock or very low stock
Very disappointing

Did not use them not worth it

I downloaded the trial, but never used it after the initial look as it was just too complicated for me
They’ve just charging me over £120 for another three months which I never signed up for absolutely terrible offer for me a free trial when I’ve not used it in the first instance
This is a band of rip off merchants just to make a fast buck that’s whatever expense I can
I gave contacted you on several occasions and your resolve is strong. You feel you are in the right to charge me three months in the future for something I’m never gonna use as it’s in your small print and terms conditions. Most companies would notify people of upcoming charges but your company is just out to make a fast book. I’m sorry your answer is not acceptable. Oh sorry you offered me a free access to the app which you know already I don’t use and never have.

Top notch

I have to say fantastic Internet ordering I ordered a laptop unfortunately I had the wrong address for shipping. I was able to cancel and we order within minutes and then believe it or not. It got delivered the next day less than 24 hours absolutely superb really really impressed

Missed delivery window

Expecting a delivery today, no communication I had to phone up then told it it’s gonna be after the shut off window very very poor
What a waste of a day
Expecting customers to hand load on a residential street at after 530 at night ridiculous
If it was a small delivery, I could understand it but a whole pallet of 90 heat logs madness

I really want to give five stars because the products are really good it’s just that the delivery especially Coventry depot seems to be especially poor
I ordered a pallet of logs week ago for delivery on the fifth. I didn’t pay the extra £25 for time delivery in the past. I’ve always had a morning delivery as I’ve had two or three pallets every year and this is my first pallet this year.
This year they are using the pallet network and the haulage company is Broughton and I could not be more disappointed to chase up on the fifth which I was told going to be late in the day couldn’t wait anymore so I spoke to a fantastic guy at Timports apologised and arrange for a delivery the next day in the morning
Had a phone call from the office saying my delivery be between 8:18 and 10:18 but didn’t arrive until 11 once again let down by the delivery company driver was very good. Placed the tall pallet more less were I wanted it saving me lots of time and the products seem as good as always well done and thank you for your time and effort. Great support from Timports even as delivery did put me out and I had a wasted day

Hi, really appreciate the detailed review. as you say we are at the mercy of the delivery network...... we spoke on the phone a few times on the delivery day/days. thanks for being so understanding. as promised a parcel with some goodies are being sent to you as a means of a thank you. We will work on a better scenario for the next deliveries you may require just give me a heads up.

gaming laptop

My daughter wanted a gaming laptop and she has research what she needs and asked me to take her to PC World in Coventry retail park, London Road
What a waste of time we arrive go to the gaming section thiers a couple of member of staff floating around, we start to look and realise that none of the prices are on the laptops so start looking for a member staff and they all disappeared we looked as if we need some help no one comes so After a while I track someone down nice young gentleman I said are you busy? Can you help? He said yes. We explain what we needed and the price point we were looking at and helped as much as he could however everything he touched didn’t work the tablet the PC he was just wasting his time. Eventually we found a laptop that was the right price and all the specification that we wanted to place the order for us for a collection or home delivery to ask for help as again the equipment installed did not work alone. Behold they were members of staff everywhere talking to each other not looking for staff not doing anything quite disgusting and all of a sudden he comes back and says he has some good news and some bad news the good news it’s in stock. Bad news. We had to go home and order online.
So the retailer sent us out to the shop to purchase the item at home online we came home we purchased from Costco they lost the sale absolutely ridiculous and the day age no wonder retail is dying

Asked for refund so I could reorder bigger

So we have been given a full set of large round table and six garden chairs for the garden, they need a little card snd attention so I thought I would research with the supplier PePe what a mistake Very hard to find the product you need to use to help maintain your set ( web page very hard to get information ) finally I found the product and I made a mistake when ordering as I need 2:5 ltr but accidentally ordered .5ltr as soon as I realise my mistake I emailed Pepe asking them to cancel the order and as soon as they confirm I would then order the 2.5ltr they could even had time to start anything in the order then lie. No behold no confirmation and the .5ltr got delivered this morning what a tip off.
I will not order Any more from them but find another supplier
Customer service at Pepe does none seems they just want your money
They have contacted me and I have paid me the difference and just received the 2.5 ltr shame it’s tools s complaint rather than good service in first place

Please don’t use them

Nothing make sense.
App says one thing and then it ever never happens.
If you phone up they charge you for the phone call.
Worst delivery company I have ever encountered.
Wasted two full days so far waiting for a delivered according to thier app never received.
