I wouldn't even give them 1 star at this rate, they don't deserve any.
I had initially lost my phone, and then found it, however, it has been severely damaged and is completely non-functional. I filed my claim and have been ignored ever since, not even an acknowledgement email to say they are beginning to work on my claim, or any updates, despite emailing on three occasions now.
I am now left in a position where I do not have any money left in my current account (there is some in savings) and I can't access my banking apps to transfer money across because they are sending passcodes to a phone that is only a bright screen and does not work.
There are no phone numbers anywhere for this
'claim sorted' and they don't seem to care that I am left without a phone or access to money. I will now have to go and buy a phone, so I've paid years of this insurance for nothing?
It is absolutely abysmal that 'claim sorted' can't even send a basic email to manage client expectations when they have been left with the stress of not having a phone or any access to money. I will be taking this further.
