Bit of hassle trying to get the warranty claim registered initially but everything went smoothly from then and was sorted very quickly. Engineer didn't have the part needed to fix the appliance initially but was able to identify the problem and came back a couple of days later and sorted it.

Good quality furniture, lots of choice, always offers on and showroom generally has most stock available to see before buying. No hassle with delivery either.

Have now ordered on a few separate occasions, the products are high quality and the service is even better. Sorted out problems we had with using gift vouchers on the website as well as returning an item a couple of times which seemed to be getting damaged in transit somehow. Communication is great from start to finish.
