Paywall- revenue focussed, not experience

day 1, first 30 mins and hate the experience…. App is Paywalled — to start with it’s not a cheap product and the free workouts on app are right at the bottom of the app, no way to filter, no way to tailor the kind of workout you want to achieve without a frustrating scroll to the bottom, the filter options not great,

The whole app experience geared to cause more stress and geared to get more money in to their pockets.

Not a good start… I’m seriously considering returning for this reason.

paid ~£5k yet to find good leads,

We invested around £5,000 with YourShortlist, expecting “qualified opportunities” as promised in their sales material. Unfortunately, the quality of leads has been very poor. Many prospects either stated they were not interested, had not authorised their details to be shared, or were completely unresponsive despite multiple outreach attempts.

The “passback” (lead return) process is unnecessarily restrictive. For example, if a prospect cannot be reached, you can only return the lead between days 25–30 after it’s assigned, and only if you have exactly the required number of calls and emails logged. This means that even leads that are obviously unsuitable from the outset can’t be returned until you’ve wasted valuable time on them.

In practice, the combination of low-quality leads and the inflexible return rules has made it extremely difficult to achieve a return on investment. After months of trying, we are yet to see a single viable lead progress to a serious engagement.

In my view, YourShortlist needs to improve its lead validation process, be more transparent about how prospects are sourced and qualified, and offer a more practical passback policy that protects partners from paying for unsuitable data.

Everyone is happy until…

Everyone is happy for a survey until they find something wrong, they surveyed a property I brought and failed to notice it was missing lintels on the windows, which resulted in a expensive fix. A cost of £4500 to correct

Worst experience ever, AVOID at all cost

Worst experience ever. We have had Amit come over who was not on time and completely mis sold us & conned us into making a payment! He also gave mis leading information and we later found out from the call centre he is not even trained to do the job. If you do have someone coming out avoid Amit at all cost as all he is after is the sale and will lie about ANYTHING to get the sale.

I have since been in touch with the call centre and have made various phone calls for our refund I have spoken to Ben who confirmed I will get the refund with a email to confirm... not happened! Spoken to Iram and Gloria who have both confirmed refund should have taken 48 hours but 14 days later I am still waiting. The double glazing they provide is of poor quality and bring a window which is not the same to the one they Install! I would recommend you contact your local double glazing company's then calling safestyles who will charge you double and con you into doing something you don't want.

worst company

was on the phone for over over a hour and call got disconnected - multiple times!. existing customers dont get good renewal rates. im paying for 500mb internet and getting 100mb at best
