Ordered Runners online - in the size I always wear - but on receipt, found them to be too snug.
Returned them the following day to a local Elverys Store at Jetland Limerick - with Zero Hassle. The Cash Desk operator was efficient and personable and the money was returned to my card in minutes..

Customer service - excellent
Had one type of runner in my size and the other in a smaller size. Advised that another store in the city had my size and were not at all pushy .
Held the item for me overnight as I made up my mind.
