AWFUL customer service

Ordered three items. AFTER shipping one item, I was told the other two items were out of stock. I was still charged tax and import charges for the full amount of the order, and was never even given the opportunity to replace items with ones in stock. When I raised these to staff, no one responded other than acknowledging my email. Poor service all around, will prefer other options in the future.
