I ordered a beautiful shiny bulbasaur backpack after eyeing him for months. Sadly the first one was stolen off my porch. However LF lovers customer service was super friendly. They are still waiting for the post office to give more information before they can refund me but the communication is very good.

I was really sad to learn I had purchased the last one as I still waned him. Luckily they found another one for me and listed him so I could buy it! I got the bag a few days later and it is beautiful! I am very happy with my purchase.

I’m hoping that I can get a refund for my stolen one too but Royal Mail take am age.

I really loved using this but it’s not let me log in for weeks due to a “technical issue”

The cards are great and work like they should. I’m giving a poor result because the postage was absolutely dreadful.

It came soaking wet. In a tiny little cardboard packet. Not even a bubble wrapped packet. It was pushed through my letter box which when it was supposed to be signed for is a bit poor.

Considering I paid for postage I wasn’t pleased as it was a present for my niece

Beautiful book, beautiful presentation, amazing artwork. Not disappointed at all. The only disappointment was I had to give it to my husband instead of keeping it 😂

I want to shout out to Carly who was informative, honest, fun and very sweet, she watched me try on almost all the glasses on the display and was very honest about what looked right!

The lovely optician I had whose name I can not recall was also very thorough. The other lovely woman who has worked there for ages whose name I should know by now was amazing at getting me sorted and fitted.

The lady that took me through the pre test checks though, I’ve dealt with her before and she just doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. Told me she was going to be taking a photo my eyes when I knew she was about to do the pressure test. She was also supposed to change my address the last time I came and she hadn’t.

Over all they’re really lovely in the Beeston branch. They bother to get to know you, they ask how you are and they value their customers.
They’re also actually able to make my glasses which with a prescription like mine is a bit of a task.

It’s ok, they always seem to send me booze which I’m not a huge drinker of. I’ve 2 boxes in 5 years

Absolute waste of money. Uni days don’t accept NUS card, nowhere seems to. Paid £20 for 3 years and wish I hadn’t. Can’t get a refund, can’t get a discount, it sucks.

So the designs are great but the sizing 😐. I ordered a 16 in pants I am a 14-15 bottoms but lm into extra room so ordered a 16 and they are small. Also I ordered a bra top and again I’m a 12 ontop and the large was tiny. I’ve not sent them back because I’m hoping to loose a few LB anyway but be cautious because the size is a size smaller than it claims

So the shoes are beautiful but I’m not sure who they’re supposed to fit. I ordered a pair of boots previously that were so ridged and narrow I could barely get my feet in them and my feet are not that wide.

So when I ordered the sandals i sized up as advised and they were huge and really wide. They were so beautiful but I don’t think I’ll order again because 2 for 2 they didn’t fit. Gutted

Best tights ever!! I was lucky to get my hands on an sos voucher after one of my friends had told me about snag. We’re both the same height (6ft) and I was admiring the colour of her tights and whining that mine always fell down. She said hers were snag and that stayed up all day.

So I figured I’d give them a try and I wasn’t disappointed. 100% would recommend it’s amazing being tall and actually not having to buy an xxl just to get the length of my legs covered!

Took me 30 seconds. The code and phone number worked no issue. However the box did swing open and it me on my head (I’m 6ft) and I should imagine that a smaller person may struggle to access the top boxes. Over all for me it was really easy
