Chris was very helpful

Chris was quick to respond. 10 minutes or so. He kindly and professionally sorted me out with a faulty battery: he explained the problem clearly . He jump-started my car and i was able to start the car and make my 60 miles journey to my home Toyota to replace the battery under garantie. On top of that , he helped me with my satnav : I am most impressed with his service and help.

A 40 minutes call which dragged on and…

A 40 minutes call which dragged on and on just to take a new policy in my name ( the previous one was in the name of my husband Graham Humphrey who died 5 months ago)

The call was from Iran and although her English is good, I could not understand her well ( accent )

Also you keep increasing the price although I have never made a claim. I cannot be bother to change my insurers this time But next year I shall definitely research round for other insurers.
