Good communication prior to delivery and helpful and efficient driver (who had been before, which is useful as he knows the routine).

The order we made was not delivered as the lorry didn't have enough fuel left (ordered 900, had 212 delivered). Had to make extra order which as yet hasn't arrived.
Staff were helpful with the mistake, but had tried to be home when it arrived and now need to arrange delivery again.

The length of time on the phone was awful - over 45 minutes - do you not have enough staff? I have previously called and had to ring off due to length of time and the quality of the phone line is also dreadful.

However, once I spoke to Chantal today she was polite and efficient, and she managed to sort out a variety of problems for me. I could also understand her too without endless asking for repetition (ie her voice was clear. Previously I have been unable to understand your phone operators due to the poor line quality and their mispronunciation of words).
I was pleased with today's outcome and my star review is purely for Chantal, not for any of the aspects of your service, or previous experience.

I have had SO many issues since you migrated to OVO with my accounts, including a threatening debt collection letter from SSE (which is still ongoing) after a conversation previously when I was promised a revised bill (which never came), but prompted a debt collection letter adding an extra £20. This issue is still to be resolved with SSE which occurred when you migrated. I do hope OVO will be better than SSE and otherwise I shall be changing supplier.

Parcel not collected on Saturday (as promised) but was collected today when Lou came back on duty. She also delivered replacement package from Lakeland, which was very quick service, as well as Hobbycraft parcel - both together.
