I waited ages for the clerk to raise the job and was told off by the engineer when he arrived. As I only came out of hospital recently, I am getting over pneumonia having heating on in every room is vital. My lounge radiator wouldn't work, and I was very cold, I rang up for that. Engineer told me off, granted he fixed it but there really is no need to have a go at old people.
