Microchip cat flap fitted in doubled glazed conservatory door. From the initial enquiry to the completed job it has been a first class five star service. They were recommended by a friend who is a vet after they fitted a cat flap in her glass door. I am a widowed pensioner and wary of workmen and shoddy work. No worries here first class service. From Sophie in the office to Nathan the fitter/engineer. Highly recommended thank you

I had 3 flat velux windows fitted by a builder 4 years ago, and 1 of them constantly leaked. I lost count of how many times the builder came back and didn’t fix it properly.
I contacted Beau Monde Construction. Nathan come out and within minutes of looking at it, he knew what the problem was. He fully explained what the issue was, and fixed it straight away. When I tried to pay him, he refused to take payment until after it rained, to ensure he had fully fixed the problem. Within the week, thanks to the good old British weather, we had torrential rain. I came down the following morning, and the window hadn’t leaked. What a relief!!! I contacted Nathan, and made my payment.
I wished I’d have contacted him 4 years ago!!
Nathan was a breath of fresh air… a genuine guy, who turned up when he said he would, fully explained everything, who doesn’t try and rip you off, or give you a extortionate price. It’s a shame other trades men aren’t the same.

I needed leaks fixing in 2 Velux windows. From the first contact I made to enquire whether this company could help to completion of the repairs I gave been really impressed, with helpful information and advice and excellent quick workmanship. Will definitely recommend to others.

My partner and I have moved into a new property which doesn’t have a back door, only glass french doors to the kitchen. We were worried as we have two outdoor cats and didn’t know if we would be able to let them out as frequently as they are used to. Beau Monde were amazing in explaining the options to us and were very accommodating in terms of arranging installation around our work schedules. Excellent work. We were given a comprehensive assessment of the repairs needed to 40 year old Velux windows and a couple of options. We chose to have the glass and seals replaced and some remedial work to the surrounding roofing to improve the seal. The team carried out a first class job.

Nathan and his mate arrived on time even after I offered to reschedule due to the terrible weather, but they worked through it without complaint and completed the repairs and resealing of all four Velux windows to a better than new standard. Very happy with the excellent service.
