The courier lost the item. Initially Dunelm seemed supportive but then stopped doing anything and it has been impossible to contact them - I can't find an email address or phone number and the virtual assistant is useless.

My parcel was collected on November 16th. The record of it arriving at the depot appeared on the website first thing on November 17th. Since then nothing has happened. I phoned the company (waiting nearly an hour to speak to someone) nearly a week ago and was told they would chase it up. Nothing has happened. Today I phoned again - again a long wait to speak to someone and when they did answer they cut me off without speaking. I went through the long winded process again and eventually talked to someone helpful. What abysmal service from the firm as a whole, though not from that last person. One star is too many.
