Very poor. Don't use it much but every time I try to log in I have to go through a pantomime of getting a code to either my email or phone. It says 'we've sent a code' but it doesn't arrive... repeat... So tedious. Really don't get the attraction. Also I see from lack of response to reviews that they don't care at all about UX.
Say they will deliver by X date, in my experience it is generally at least 2 (working) days after that.
I agree with another reviewer that is very frustrating to 'qualify for free delivery' only to find out that you haven't and no reason given. Also agree that getting results for items that can't be shipped to Ireland is ridiculous.
I ordered 3 photobooks which arrived within about 10 days of ordering and look great. Creating the photobook was quite easy and there lots of different options. I would love an option for a book with fewer photos though - maybe just six or eight pages? Overall I'll definitely use again.

Found the online returns service so easy to use, staff at my local post office were happy to print the label and it was back with the retailer in days. Long may it continue.
Also as a courier service you can't beat An Post! I love it when I discover my parcel is coming via them - not always the fastest of them but I've never had anything go wrong either. Thanks!

Second attempt in 2 weeks to order online. I get to the order page OK, then it just lags. Twice I've managed to submit payment details but the item has, sold out in the meantime or 'there was a problem processing your order'.
I wish they'd be transparent about PayPal too - it's not possible to use it on their website, although the link is there.
The option to give feedback provides a phone number, which is of no use to me, so I'm leaving this second review.
Once again a great experience with Faerly. I forgot to put a note with my order so I emailed and they replied very promptly - not a problem for them to include it. Extensive selection of products and fast delivery. Thank you!
What is wrong with this website? The dropdown menu for Title (Mr/Ms etc) and County doesn't work on mobile app. PayPal option doesn't work on PC. Now forced into trying to use card, but it's just spinning. This appears to have been going on for at least a few weeks. Also there is no contact email address published on website, at least not that I can see.
Wasn't informed app was being 'migrated', found out last week when I couldn't make a claim. So I registered for an online account but have been unable to add my policy. I used Webchat and email for assistance but insultingly was told that I wasn't providing the correct policy details. So I phoned, spoke to a nice chap who was going to delete my account and then I'd reregister any my plan would be available...By the way, I'm not the only person affected by the migration. But guess what? When I try to reregister It tells me I'm already registered so my account hasn't been deleted as promised - and if I go to delete it myself I have to contact Webchat. Two words. Laurel. Hardy.
I ordered a half-zip and realised ten minutes later I had made a mistake with the size. I emailed immediately requesting a change to the order and received a response the next day advising that this is not possible. I'll have to wait for the order and then go through the returns process. This is actually 2025.
Very poor customer service. I won't recommend and I won't order again from this company after this issue is resolved.
Need a simple transfer of insurance, have been on hold all morning / waiting for call back. Cannot believe it! Glennons were always so prompt and professional, things have certainly gone wrong here somewhere. Have car and home insurance but will be rethinking next renewal.

I've used Photobox for years with good results. However something has changed and I can no longer recommend them. Previously it seems they were EU based but this is no longer the case. Anyway, I ordered photobooks in time for Christmas delivery (per the website) and yet they haven't arrived. I also got no confirmation of order or dispatch, as I had previously done. I won't be using this company again, and I don't require a generic and unhelpful response about your being sorry that I am not happy with the expected arrival date, either. Please note that the expected arrival date was pre Christmas and it has passed.

There isn't an appropriate solution. I ordered on 8th December, when you were accepting orders for Christmas delivery, and I received the order yesterday. I'm a very disappointed ex-customer and from recent reviews am far from alone.

I've ordered from Sheridans a few time in the past few years with good results. The website is easy to use, with a range of gift options at varying prices. You can create your own hamper too. Communication is excellent and best of all (besides the wonderful cheese!), they deliver when they say they will.
Had to travel by flixbus due to an Italian rail strike. Appreciate that there was demand but the price shot up between reserving and paying! Not only that but I reserved seats at extra cost only to find on boarding that... seat allocation is free.
Edited to say: this company allows you to pay for specific seats, yes it is oprional. However, when you actually get on the bus you will find that there is no such thing as reservation so you won't be sitting in the seat you chose.
This, besides the practice of increasing seat prices while one is in the very process of reserving, is price-gouging.
No Flixbus, I will never use you again.

I tried to order perfume costing > €85 but couldn't get past the order stage. The 'Street' field wouldn't accept my address and customer service was unhelpful (their only advice was to try a different browser).
I discovered that the 'Street' field actually requires numbers - but this doesn't apply to me.
I have ordered twice from Faerly in the past couple of weeks and was very happy with service and delivery times (2-3 days!). They don't include invoicing with packages so excellent for gifts.
