I ordered from Pharmica in 2021 and the process went smoothly.

Today they appear to be stuck in a nonsensical loop of requiring more information because of 'repeat orders' where there are none, followed by issues with ID verification which never goes through.

Do not use.

Fantastic pasta with plenty of variety and superb customer service.

The price can feel a little on the high side, but that is probably because fresh pasta options in my area are numerous. Whenever I forget to skip, the surprise blue box is a reminder of my Italian aunt's food.

GMG works as advertised and I have bought from them at least 25 times.

However, should you ever need help with a region locked key (if you travel frequently or work in multiple countries), you are out of luck.

Despite my extensive custom, GMG would not retract and reissue a new working key for my region, despite there being absolutely no loss on their part from doing so (eg a vendor can can verify that a key has not been used and reissue it)

This is not a complaint about GMG failing to discharge its contractual obligations or giving short shrift to consumer law; rather one about regrettably awful customer service in a situation where exercise of discretion to the customer's benefit would cause no loss to GMG but was nonetheless refused.

AO has provided me with unbelievably good service for years. New jobs, fridge freezers, a dryer, all price matched to various other retailers, even on clearance, and delivered to my 2nd/3rd floor flats with extremely reasonable installation costs for specialist jobs (eg hobs)

AO is an exceptional company.

GBC taught me how to do so much. I have used it for sous vide recipes; for following chefs I like, and to see how high end chefs use ingredients.

But what you would really pay for here is their Signature Series, which has superb videos with a curated list of excellent chefs.

I have never tried to cancel and so haven't had a chance to encounter the negative experiences that others mention.

However it is certainly true that there isn't much new content these days, and in general the in-house 'GBC Kitchen' recipes are not as good (surprise) as the ones from the chefs at Michelin starred (or bib gourmanded) restaurants.

The best online storefront for PC games

I have shopped at GMG for more than 18 months now and routinely find excellent offers on a range of games, from JRPGs to AAA action/adventure titles.

As always you should shop around but my experience with GMG has been superb, and it is the only major shopfront with which I have never encountered a substantial issue (e.g. a code not working or temporarily showing up as redeemed).

It is now outside of the projected delivery window and I still have not received my item. This is a surprise as I received a CPU I ordered for a friend last month.

An order from the beginning of October should be here by now and the lack of communication from RonsElectronics is dispiriting.
It looks like you may get your item, but don't count on it!

Avoid!

Great customer service, poor entry level knives.

I got a 6' galatine chef knife on a black friday sale and was perplexed at its weight distribution and odd inability to cut cleanly and effectively.

However I assumed the cutting issue must have been a QC problem and customer service personel were fantastic; they replaced the product almost instantly. Unfortunately, the same issues are present with this new knife.

I have a feeling that the larger chef's knife would be more balanced and effective. As it stands these are pretty to look at and are better than nothing at their intended use, but it is very hard to recommend this particular product from EoB.
